Looking to the prayer made in this Writ Petition this Court finds, the Petitioner is seeking a direction for consideration of the representation at Annexure-2 filed in the year 2012. Since this is a stale representation, the same cannot be considered after so many years. While declining to entertain the Writ Petition, this Court observes, in the event the Petitioner is still in occupation of the land in question and there is no requirement of the said land by the Jagannath Temple Administration, Puri, it is open to the Petitioner to make a fresh approach along with at least 20% of the present value of the whole land to the Jagannath Temple Administration, Puri within a period of one month hence and in such event the same shall be considered appropriately.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above order.
