I.A. No.1907 of 2022 1.

This matter is taken up on the basis of the office note dated 29.09.2022.

This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the name and address of the lower Court in the cause-title of the bail application as well as in the order dated 26.09.2022 passed by this court in ABLAPL No.12241 of 2022. 3.

Prayer for modification is accordingly allowed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary correction in the cause-title of the bail application, so far as the name and address of the lower court is concerned.

Similarly, in the third line of para-4 of the order dated 26.09.2022, the name of the Curt "S.D.J.M.,Angul" is hereby corrected and replaced as "J.M.F.C., Banarpal".

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 26.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Order dated 26.09.2022 stands modified to the above extent only, and the I.A. is disposed of accordingly. 8.
