The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of appointment dated 26.06.2010 consuming the vacancies in the cadre of MPHW and to issue direction to the opposite parties to consider those vacancies for effecting promotion in respect of Class-IV employees. He further seeks direction to the opposite party no.3 to finalize the selection started for promotion by letter dated 01.12.2009 and to issue necessary order of promotion in favour of the selected candidates within a stipulated time 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this
Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
