Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.61 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C. Jashipur arising out of Jashipur P.S. Case No.64 of 2022, for commission of alleged offences under Sections 302/201 of IPC. 3.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karanjia by order dated 27.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering the statement of the father of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the learned Court in seisin after examination of the father of the deceased

which shall considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court. (V. NARASINGH) Judge Santoshi
