Even after amendment also this Court finds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at the instance of the Sarpanch. This Court, therefore, declines to entertain the Writ Petition, which is, hereby, dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to bring appropriate Writ Petition.
