The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the order dated 31.07.2017 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 1175 (C) of 2010 and to issue direction to Opposite Parties to give appointment to the Petitioner under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.

It is agreed by learned Counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 11004 of 2019, which was disposed of on 19.07.2022. 4.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the order dated 19.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11004 of 2019, this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order.
