the order dated 05.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.24997 of 2017, the admissible amount of arrears stand already paid rendering the present contempt petition as infructuous.

None has put in appearance to refute the aforesaid factual contentions.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek its revival by filing an application within four weeks from today in case of any factual error in the
