Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notice dated 19.07.2022 under Annexure-5 series issued by the Tahasildar, Khaira.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that against the aforesaid order of the Tahasildar, the petitioner has preferred an appeal under Annexure-10, which is still pending decision. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner under Annexure-10, in accordance with law. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
