It appears from the record that this CRLMC has been disposed of vide order dated 25.03.2014 and the said order, as follows:

"xxx xxx xxx This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is directed against the order dated 28.10.2013 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Balasore in ICC No.67 of 2013, rejecting the application of the Petitioners under Section 205 Cr.P.C. Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offences alleged against the Petitioners, the impugned order is set aside and the application of the accused Petitioners under Section 205 Cr.P.C is allowed. The accused Petitioners are permitted to appear through their counsel. However, it is made clear that the accused Petitioners shall appear before the learned S.D.J.M, Balasore at any stage of the proceeding as and when required.
