Considering the description of the offence stated in paragraph-3 of the order dated 12.10.2022 be read as "under Section 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act" instead of "under Section 21(C) of the N.D.P.S Act".

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.

Other terms stand unaltered.

Learned Court in seisin over the matter is requested to act on production of the order dated 12.10.2022 and the order passed in I.A.
