Since it is an year old case, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter. Therefore, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if any cause of action still survives.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
