CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
27.9.2022 01.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned State Order No.
Counsel.
2.
For the consistent opinion of this Court, the orders involving Section 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act even if adjudicated upon there cannot be finality of the controversy between the Parties. When one party claimed for a Record of Rights involving certain document, the parties to contest, the Petitioners herein also claimed their right over the property involving certain document in their favour. 3.
Looking to the limited nature of jurisdiction of the Authorities under the O.S.S. Act, for the opinion of this Court, the Petitioners, if so advised, may find out the civil mechanism to get appropriate relief.
4.
The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
(Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
