This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the Petitioner that he has no instruction in the matter.

On perusal of the records, this Court finds that the prayer sought for in the writ petition is with regard to promotion of the Petitioner. However it appears that the Petitioner has retired from service after attaining the age of superannuation. 4.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
