Consequently, impugned order stands modified to the effect that the criminal proceeding in connection with G.R. Case No. 764 of 2020 corresponding to learned JMFC (City), Cuttack and the criminal proceeding in respect thereof shall stand quashed vis-à-vis the petitioner only.
