This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- To direct the opp. party no.1 to sancton promotional pay and grade pay from 1.1.2013 to 18.4.2016 for the post of Forest Ranger after completion of 20 years of service towards 2nd RACP and from 27.5.2017 to till his retirement dtd.30.9.2019 in adequate pay and Grade pay Rs.5400/- for the post of ACF after completion of 30 years of service towards 3rd RACP taking into consideration Order passed in O.A. No.2809 of 2018 dtd.4.12.2018 vide Annexure-3 of the writ petition.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on

// 2 // the above noted petition in accordance with law and taking into account Annexure-3 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
