This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.511 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh arising out of Khaprakhol P.S. Case No.97 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 395 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh by order dated 16.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners are young men and charge sheet has already been

filed and they are in custody since 08.08.2022. Hence he seeks release of the petitioner.

It is further submitted that petitioner Nos.2,3 and 4 are first offenders.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the age of the petitioners and filing of charge sheet, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner No.1 shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till submission of final form. The date and time of such appearance to be specified by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 10.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
