The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the inaction of opposite party no.3 in not taking any decision on the show cause filed by him under Annexure-5 pursuant to the notice dated 16.09.2022 issued by the said authority.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.3 to dispose of the objection filed by the petitioner under Annexure-5 in accordance with law. 5.
