This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ Order No.

physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.07 of 2020 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.09 of 2020 on the file of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Sambalpur running for the alleged commission of offence under section-420/468/471/120-B of the IPC read with section-13(2) /13(1)(a) of the P.C.(Amendment) Act, have filed this application under section-438 of Cr.P.C. for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State (Vig.).

Considering the submissions made and on going through the case diary as placed as also the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 23.02.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
