Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioner therefore, most respectfully prays that Your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue rule NISI to the Ops to show cause as to why they shall not be directed to settle the Bhoodan gifted land in favour of the petitioner and issue ROR in her favour within a stipulated period; And on their filing to show cause or showing insufficient cause issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Ops, specifically OP Nos.2 and 4 to settle the Bhoodan gifted land vide annexure-1 and issue record of right (ROR) in favour of the petitioner within a stipulate period;

And pass such further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; And allow this writ application with costs;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall, as in duty bound, ever pray."

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Baripadaopposite party no.4 to treat this writ petition as representation at the

// 2 // instance of the petitioner and consider the same also keeping in view the development through Annexure-3 and subsequent order at Annexure-4, by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
