This Court finds, there is an innocuous prayer seeking a direction for consideration of the representation at Annexure-7 by the Principal Secretary, Home Department-Opposite Party No.1. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-7 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
