1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K. Swain, learned counsel appearing for the OPSC.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition challenging the notification dtd.09.01.2007 and advertisement dtd.31.12.2021 issued by the OPSC.
4. It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the Parties that the Petitioner in pursuant to the said advertisement has taken written test. In view of the settled position of law that the participant cannot challenge the advertisement, the prayer as made in the writ Petition is not maintainable.
