Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present contempt, the Opposite Party has passed an order duly communicated, whereby the claim for refund of licence fee as well as MGQ duty for the closure period, i.e., from 03.10.2019 to 16.01.2020 of the IMFL 'OFF' Shop has been decided in accordance with law. He thus submits that the contempt petition has become infructuous.
