Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the present contempt has become infructuous in view of the claim of the petitioner for refund of the licence fee and MGQ duty deposited by the petitioner for the period from 03.10.2019 to 16.01.2020 in respect of the Trimurty IMFL 'ON' Shop having been closed, has been considered and rejected vide a speaking order dated 11.10.2021 in compliance of the directions passed by this Court on 04.09.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.11411 of 2020.
