Since the Petitioner has challenged the interim order of maintenance passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara in I.A No.06 of 2017 (arising out of CRP No.05 of 2017) filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., the RPFAM should have been registered as CRLMP.

Office is directed to convert RPFAM to CRLMP and list this matter before the assigned Bench.
