I.A.No.2013 of 2022 1.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 27.09.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in Paragraph-4 of the order dated 27.09.2022 one condition has been imposed for verification of Injury Report and in the event it is found that the injury is grievous in nature, then this order shall stand automatically revoked.

In view of such submission and on perusal of this order as well as the order of the learned court below dated 06.05.2022 while considering the bail application of similarly placed co-accused persons, this Court directs that the condition with regard to verification of Injury Report is waived.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 27.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees

// 2 // five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 6.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
