This is an application for extension of time to comply the order dated 28.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 25221 of 2022. 2.

The Adjudicating Authority - the Collector, Keonjhar under the grounds stated in the application seeks further extension of six weeks' time to get compliance of the order dated 28.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 25221 of 2022.

Considering the proceeding involved appropriate adjudication, this Court is inclined to grant six weeks' further time from today to bring disposal to the proceeding pending therein. 4.
