For the objection raised by the learned counsel for Petitioner in the matter of construction of the U.P. School Building at Palaspithia, Bhuban, Dist.-Dhenkanal, this Court is of the opinion that the competent authorities are required to take a decision in the matter keeping in view the objection of the Petitioner. In the process, this Court dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.3 & 4 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner made in the representation and take a lawful decision in the matter. 2.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 3.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
