Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is serious allegation of non-payment involving some public work done by the Petitioners herein. It is challenged, even after making complain to the Collector & District Magistrate, Jagatsinghpur, O.P.2, there is no hearing to such allegation. This Court finds, the Petitioner's complain on the selfsame issue is pending, vide Annexure-3 & 4. Keeping in view the pending matter involved herein, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs O.P.2 to take a decision on the request of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-3 & 4 at last within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order.
