This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that pursuant to the order dated 18.04.2022 passed in WP.(C) No.9128 of 2022 the Petitioner has filed its grievance petition before the SubCollector, Bhadrak, Opposite Party No.3. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Sub-Collector has already decided the matter pursuant to the direction of this Court and vide order dated 27.05202 the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak passed the following order:

"On basis of the report of BDO, Chandbali, the renewal of the license for the year 2022-23 of the Petitioner Secy. Harapriya WSHG of Gopinathpur GP under Chandbali Block is allowed. The BDO, Chandbali is requested to implement the order. The Secretary of the WSHG is directed to apply for renewal of license through online mode."

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that despite the order passed by the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak, the license of the Petitioner is not being renewed for the year 2022-23. Accordingly, the Petitioner submitted a representation before the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak on 22.08.2022, however no decision has been taken on such representation although the same has been delivered to the addressee.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner and do the needful in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
