This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Kharbelnagar P.S. Case No.306 of 2022 for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/506/341/323/379, I.P.C. 6.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer. 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
