However, considering the prayer made by the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the R.P. Case No.257 of 2022 before the competent authority within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of seven days thereafter for admission of the R.P. Case No.257 of 2022.
