Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court finds selfsame allegation, Petitioner has pending application before the Block Development Officer- Opposite Party No.5 seriously alleging the Sarapanch and other Ward Members not allowing the participation of Naib Sarapanch along with six other Ward Members singed in Annexure-4 series pending for consideration. 3.

Keeping in view the pendency of a decision by Opposite Party No.5, disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court directs Opposite Party No.5 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 series and take a decision as appropriate with necessary intervenes into appropriate inquiry within one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.

For the opinion of this Court elected representatives, there is no room for obstruction of the elected representatives in the proceeding of the elected body.
