1. The Petitioner's representations (Annexure-2 series) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Banpur (Opposite Party No.4) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving him a hearing, the Tahasildar, Banpur (Opposite Party No.4) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 16th January, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
