2. This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No.521 of 2021 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section 13 (1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for decree of divorce in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

3. Mr.Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this transfer petition with liberty to file a better petition incorporating certain facts and grounds. To that effect, a memo has been filed in Court today. The same be kept on record.

4. Considering the above submission, the TRP (C) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
