This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and Mr. S.K. Patra, learned counsel appearing for Opp. party No.4.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the opp. parties to sanction and disburse the arrear additional quantum of pension in respect of the mother of the petitioners relating to the periods from 5.3.2012 to April, 2014 along with the existing bank interest within a time bound period for the interest of justice. 4.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.4 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.4 taking into account Annexure-4 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
