The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Balianta-Opposite Party No.3 and the Tahasildar, Balianta-Opposite Party No.4 to allow Opposite Party No.6 to execute the Registered Sale Deed in favour of him and to take possession of the property from Opposite Party No.6.

In course of hearing, Mr. Budhia, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
