This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Earlier the Petitioner had approached this Court by filing ABLAPL No.3856 of 2021 which was disposed of on 06.04.2021 permitting the Petitioner to surrender before the court below. However, due to some difficulties, the Petitioner could not take the advantage of the said order. Accordingly, the present application has been filed seeking pre-arrest bail.

Since a coordinate Bench has already passed the aforesaid order dated 06.04.2021, any change in the said order dated 06.04.2021 would amount to review of this order. However, considering the difficulties faced by the Petitioner this Court directs the Petitioner to surrender within four weeks before the learned court below and in the event he surrenders before the learned court below he shall take the advantage of the order dated 06.04.2021 passed in ABLAPL No.3856 of 2021.
