Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering that there is urgent requirement for taking a decision in the matter of Kidney Transplantation, this Court directs the Hospital Authorities-opposite party no.3 to transmit the case of the petitioner to the Committee set up for the purpose within a period of three days from the date of communication of this order and the Committee shall take a decision within a period of three days thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above order. 4.
