Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 13.10.2022 in BLAPL No.9452 of 2022.

In view of the specific order relating to criminal antecedent of the petitioner as learned Court in seisin has already seized up the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application for modification.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move the bail application afresh which shall be disposed of on its own merit keeping in view that the quantity of contraband is less than commercial quantity and it was be upon to the petitioner of bring to the notice of the Court that release of the co-accused. 5.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
