Considering the reasons stated in the application, prayer for restoration stands allowed thereby restoring CMAPL No.387 of 2021 to its original file subject to payment of cost of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred) to be deposited in the Advocate's Welfare Fund of High Court Bar Association.
