1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the authorities concerned by naming the encroachers, not later than 14th February, 2022. If such a representation is filed with the time indicated, it will be examined by the authorities concerned and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the named encroachers and after giving them a hearing, an appropriate reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 9th May 2022. The said order shall be made available to the parties not later than 16th May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
