Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move the court below afresh after framing of charges.

The bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In such event, the trial court shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law without being influenced by any other factor.
