Since this Writ Petition simply involves a challenge to the notice at Annexure-2, this Court finds, the grounds raised herein can very well be placed before the competent authority for his consideration on the entertainability of the proceeding vide notice. For the Petitioners having ample scope this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, which is, hereby dismissed. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
