This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.316 of 2022 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Gunupur, arising out of Gunupur P.S. Case No.158 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 370-A(2)/109 of IPC read with Section 3,4,5,6 & 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gunupur by order dated 21.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed and being cognizant of the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2022, this Court directs the
petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
