1. For the reasons stated therein, the delay in filing the writ appeal is condoned.
2. The I.A. is disposed of.

3. Learned counsel for the Appellants informs the Court that since the passing of the impugned order of the learned Single Judge, the Respondent has been attached to a Battalion in Hyderabad and has since then been asked to report at Chhatisgarh. Either way, he is no longer attached to the Battalion at Bhubaneswar.
4. In that view of the matter, the impugned order cannot come in the way of the Appellant regaining possession of the quarters in question
since the Respondent is no longer attached to the Battalion at Bhubaneswar.
