This Writ Petition involves an allegation of non-disposal of the representation by the Chief Administrator, Jagannath Temple Management-Opposite Party No.4 2.

Considering the allegation made by the Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event the Opposite Party No.4 is already in receipt of the representation of the Petitioner, he shall pass a lawful order on the same at least within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
