Mahanty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the order dated 05.12.2022, he has taken instruction from the kith and kin of the person [the petitioner] who passed away during the pendency. They are not interested to proceed with the matter any longer. 3.

Accordingly, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel has submitted that this writ petition be closed as abated.
