This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 15th September, 2022 (Annexure-6) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sambalpur in Execution Case No.37 of 1983, whereby an application to stay execution process has been rejected.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that the matter was listed on 30th September, 2022 and was adjourned to be listed today on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. Without arguing the matter, further adjournment is sought for on the ground that learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to take instruction from the Petitioner.
