This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 29.09.2022.

In Paragrph-5 of the order dated 29.09.2022, it has been directed to verify the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner of similar nature. Learned Court below shall now verify the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner. In the event it is found that the Petitioner No.1 has more than one criminal antecedents and Petitioner No.2 has more than two criminal antecedents, then the bail order shall not be given effect to in respect of the Petitioners. 5.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 29.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of

// 2 // the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 6.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
