Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Taking into account that the order dated 17.10.2022 passed in BLAPL No.9477 of 2022 has already been acted, this Court is not inclined to entertain this I.A.

Accordingly, the I.A stands dismissed.

It shall be open to the Petitioner to move the bail application afresh before the learned Court in seisin over the matter, which shall be considered on its own merit.
